Shower Space
I like to sit
Under the pounding warmth of water droplets
With my legs bent and pulled tight to my chest
Cover my ears
my eyes
and disappear
In the loud distanced sound of the drumming shower
I lose myself
In the bliss of non-existence
In that space I am alone,
Nothing but me and the universe
If there is a me at all
Reality dissolves
I feel nothing but heat
I hear nothing but noise
It is peaceful
